With the understanding that decreased heart rate variability is distinctly associated with impaired ANS function and poor health, it becomes clear that creating a physiological environment that increases HRV is imperative for reducing disease and building health.
The very nature of HRV provides a snapshot of how the ANS is interacting with the environment to maintain homeostasis.
Through my HRV work I am able to monitor my clients ability to adapt to the stressors in their lives.
